On the afternoon of September 29, the delegation lead by Xu Chunxia, Deputy Director of Provincial Science and Technology Department, arrived in Yanan. The delegation first visited and inspected the company's Miaogou production base accompanied Yanan technology bureau staff as well as company leadership, then listening to report in the conference room of the company regarding the provincial scientific research tasks undertaken by the group, and in particular the super-large power ultrasonic augment production and injection technology.
At the Miaogou production base, director Xu and her fellows visited the field experiment of the super-large power ultrasonic augment production and injection technology and listened to introductions offered by company leadership. In the conference room of the company, leaders of the company simply introduced the conditions of the development of the company and reported the super-large power ultrasonic augment production and injection technology from mainly the aspects of the background of the project, the current technology at home and abroad, technical levels of the company and technology development prospects. Director Xu affirmed company achievements with the project and put forward valuable opinions regarding future work.
Many oil fields in our province have entered middle-late development, with the proportion of low permeability oilfields in the newly explored reserves increasing. Thus the stratigraphic transformation is the most effective measure to increase production, wherein the most commonly used transformations include acidification and fracturing. This, however, entails enormous equipment, complex technology, high costs, and relatively high likelihood of oil pollution. As a physical method, the ultrasonic oil production technique not only avoids the secondary contamination of reservoirs, but also effectively achievse the production of oil wells and augments injection of water wells, thereby achieving the aim of enhancing oil recovery.
